Hi all,
Just wondering if it was possible to fit cruise control
To my car? If it’s possible what parts would I need? Or is it too much of a hassle?

Thanks

I have a cruise control unit Andy.
I have a gearbox but it needs a VSS .
Then you need the steering wheel with the buttons.
I have the wiring system diagram showing all the connections between the speedometer, VSS, cruise control unit.

There are others that will know more about this than me BUT as I understand it ALL gearboxes will have a VSS fitted, so you will not need a new g'box.
They must have, because it is directly fed (two wires) to the speedometer.
Those two wires are then paralleled into the Cruise control unit. The steering wheel buttons are then connected into the Cruise control for
on/off, set speed +/_ , resume, other connection for brake disconnect ,etc as per wiring diagram.
Send me pm and I will send you diagrams foc.

Think it’s been done before, but all the parts came off a breaker.
