Odd failures - fixed (partially)
OK, so I have a series of "failures" which I noticed while replacing my stereo, and I figured someone might be able to help with.
I can only assume they're connected as they are so random, why wouldn't they be?
Everything (except rev counter) was working fine before I disconnected the original (after market) stereo.
1 - Rev counter not reading anything. (I noticed this before trying to replace my stereo but didn't think anything of it.)
2 - ACC 12v feed isn't working, with no apparent 12 on either side of the fuse.
3 - Electric mirror motors aren't working (not sure about heater part as I've not had call to use them).
4 - Electric aerial not working.
I replaced my dash (cosmetic reasons as well as hoping it might cure the ACC feed issue.)
While the dash was out, I replaced the little module thingy that I think is the rev counter circuit board on the clocks. No change.
Replaced the clock springs, and while my cruise control now works, it had no other effect.
All I can think is that they are all fed by a fuse or something that I don't know about. Can't see any blown fuses in the interior box other than the rear wiper which I replaced. However, the actual wiper and motor has been removed from the car so I'm not sure how that blew in the first place.
Any help gratefully received.

What else relies on the ACC position so I can eliminate that possibility? Unless of course everything is supplied from the same ACC circuit!

Are any of them connected to the same earthing point? The other option is that there has to be a common point that they all start from, in a similar way that it could be a common earth?
Do you have the works manuals, that should you wiring diagrams that you could look at and follow to find the connection?

Don't have the manuals yet. Will be getting them at Beaulieu but was hoping to get this sorted before then.
Not sure if these items have any common points, I was hoping someone with much more experience / knowledge than me could answer that question.

You never know what people know until you ask the question, but I get your point.
Checked all fuses in the engine bay box and all are OK.
Does anyone know if any of the relays are involved in ACC supply?
Might be a relay problem.

Been looking at the Wiring Diagrams and have a Path for you to follow.
1) Check 60A Fuse in Battery Junction Box (IG KEY)
2) Power Feed to Ignition Switch should be Black / Blue Wire (Heavy Duty) Check at Connector under Dash and then again at Ignition Switch to ensure
you have 12V supply to Switch
3) Power from the Ignition Switch is on a Black and Pink Wire (Heavy Duty). Again check at Switch and then after Connector under Dash.
4) Turn Key to Position 2, dont start Car and try the Sunroof. This will tell you again if ACC has power.
5) Check METER Fuse in Footwell as the Clocks are supplied by this.
6) Mirrors run of the RADIO Fuse and the Stereo runs via METER, RADIO and ROOM Fuses so worth double checking these.
After this i'm lost
