Fuel pump connection - location?
Anyone know where there is a connector in the fuel pump wires near the fuel tank?
I suspect a dodgy pump and want to run 12volts to it direct before taking the plunge and replacing it.
Thanks in advance.

Cool - makes life easier (hopefully!)
Do you know if the connections to the cutoff are inside the car or underneath?
Hoping to god I don't need to replace the pump

Re: Fuel pump connection - location?
Panic over. It isn't fuel related after all. I removed the fuel line at the filter and fuel pumps through fine.
Suspect it is the dissy (yet again).
I initially thought the fuel pump wasn't working as it makes absolutely NO sound when the ignition is turned on NOR when I bridge ground and FP in the diagnostic box. I have an absolutely SILENT but working pump!!
Investigations continue! Thanks Kev

Never had an immobiliser on it since I owned so must be bypassed Kev although from memory when I looked years ago there was no sign of the usual bypass methods. I have spare I think so I will be trying that next.
