Track control arms and bushes

Post by Bikergonebald » Fri Apr 17, 2020 7:40 pm

Hi guys,
I’m thinking about replacing all rear suspension bushes and cleaning up and painting the various parts but I’ve seen on eBay you can buy all of the different control rods with bushes fitted and they’re quite cheap.

Has anyone tried them or seen them? I’m wondering what the quality is like. Also I would like to keep my car as original as possible so if the look different I might do better to buy some good quality bushes (where from?) and keep my own parts.

Any suggestions gratefully received

Thanks.
Kevin

Sorry guys I don’t have a probe (yet ;) ) I’m asking questions here because I get better responses than on the US Mazda forum.

I believe JRH bought some from ebay (think they came for Germany) and did not fit correctly,
I bought some trails arm from rockauto 😊, might be more expensive but I wouldn't buy from Germany or Latvia

Yes, that is correct.
The 'front' tubular struts are 10mm short.
