HELP. Cylinder head removal 24v.

Hi I need help to remove the nearest to front cylinder head. Most of the work is done but I now have tendon problems with my arm and my back has decided to join in with pains. I live in Market Harborough and need help please.

Sorry to hear your pains and would love to help but between Hols, Shows and daughters wedding i literally don't have a spare weekend until Mid September now.
