Hi folks,
I'm still working on getting my '97 V6 Probe back on the road.
I need a passenger side rear ABS sensor which doesn't seem to be available in local motor factors.
Any idea where I could get one?
Thanks in advance.
Maria.

There are only four ways these items can fail.
1/ By the stainless can being crushed by rust.
2/ The can being damaged on removal
3/ The 'sticky-out' peg being damaged by a stone, etc
4/ The cable being damaged
Which one caused yours to fail ?

I had a look, and it appears they don't have any?

What are people's thoughts on this, it's for a Mazda MX6 (1997), about £26 delivered? (depending what postage option you go for)

That’s interesting
When you think how hard they can be to remove the stub hub, without damaging them, it’s a bargain

If all else fails I do have one BUT the cable is only 6 inches long.
It can be spliced onto the existing cable by twisting the wires together NOT SOLDERED.
I can supply all the heat shrinks to make it a good job.
A £3 postage stamp gets it to you.

What is the problem with soldering the wires together please?

Because those cables are subject to LOTS of movement and vibration.
It has to be totally flexible.
The wire is much finer than hair , twisting them together is fine , solder and the wire will break on the solder/wire transition.
