Removal Of Quarter Glass

Is this in the main , successful? What's the best way of tackling it ? It'll give me something else to do .....

Myself and Paul took one out with a kitchen knife, (bent the knife) didn't tell Janice.
Got it out OK,

but when I took the only side out, I first used a knife to break the seal then with help one person inside the car a me out side used a guitar string, working it back and forth, we got that one out also OK
Two man job :D
