Sunroof leaking
Hi all as title says I have a pool of water in the drivers footwell , I think I’ve traced it to the sunroof as the flip down screen visor is soaking wet . Are there drain holes anywhere? Maybe blocked ? Or is it more likely that the rubber seal needs replacing, I’ve not had time to check with these dark nights coming in as I work till 7pm , Ta for any advice

Re: Sunroof leaking
Hi, on each corner of the sonroof`s there are drain tubes, sound like your drives side is blocked,
runs from corner of sunroof to inside the driver wing, and if like me, you will extend them so it drains below the drivers wing, to help prevent your base of the wing rusting

Re: Sunroof leaking
The best way is to remove the ‘A’ pillar plastic cover, this will revive the tube. Take the sun visors off, this will give you access in behind the roof lining. The tube runs up to the corner of the tray, where it’s a push fit on to the outlet.notoriousgoz wrote: ↑Mon Oct 15, 2018 8:09 amCannot seem to locate these drain tubes , any pics anyone? Thanks
On one car, I found the clips holding the tube in place, was ‘pushed’ too tight on to tube, blocking it ! - it must of come out the factory like that!!
Take the tube off, blow through the tube or pole a wire down to clear any blockage, the flush through with water
