Vris solenoid

Hi guys. Does vris solenoid 2 make much difference to power. My solenoid doesnt work. Direct powered 12 v no click and done paper test.

Thanks for the reply . Does anyone know the part number . A few on ebay but says egr solenoid but look the same. Any guidence woukd be appreciated
