power steering fluid

is the fluid dexron 11 or 111 checked and bit low and haynes gives me a american brand name so not sure thanks are the 2.0 and v6 pumps same pump

Basically the power steering fluid is auto transmission oil wink the (red stuff)
and pumps the same
