Hello!
So I have check both buttons inside the car and they make the relay click.. done both doors locks too with the key and likewise, can hear a click from the relay on both lock / unlock turn.... any suggestions as to what to look at next?

You could try disconnecting the passenger side switch and see what happens, then the drivers side and May do the same with the actuators
And check that the correct voltage is getting to them.
Be mindful that they are different voltages to lock and unlock

thank you... starting to think its a rabbit hole now haha!! Will give taking the switches off a go!!
Where are the actuators located and where would be the best place to check voltage and know what it should be?

In the doors, near the locks, as for testing you might need to look at the wiring diagram for them and trace it through and try going in to the switch and out. You may find it’s not getting the voltage you need

Yep, lights etc, lots of stuff.
Try another, or two to see if there’s any difference

Yep, not the easiest module to remove.
Plugs are normally hard to disconnect.
+ where the module is in the foot well
