Been looking at the Wiring Diagrams and have a Path for you to follow.

1) Check 60A Fuse in Battery Junction Box (IG KEY)
2) Power Feed to Ignition Switch should be Black / Blue Wire (Heavy Duty) Check at Connector under Dash and then again at Ignition Switch to ensure
you have 12V supply to Switch
3) Power from the Ignition Switch is on a Black and Pink Wire (Heavy Duty). Again check at Switch and then after Connector under Dash.
4) Turn Key to Position 2, dont start Car and try the Sunroof. This will tell you again if ACC has power.
5) Check METER Fuse in Footwell as the Clocks are supplied by this.
6) Mirrors run of the RADIO Fuse and the Stereo runs via METER, RADIO and ROOM Fuses so worth double checking these.

After this i'm lost
Numbers 1 and 6 (except METER) checked yesterday but happy to follow the trail Jon. Thank you.

While I was out last night I thought I'd try No 4 on the list.

Sunroof doesn't work with key in ACC position, but windows do.
I'll do everything in order when I get some time later though.

No, not yet. I have managed to find a spare unit so might just throw it in and see what happens, but I didn't think the CPU had anything to do with ACC power. (Happy, as always, to be corrected.)

Fixed, but not completely.

I found a spare CPU but it didn't make any difference, and I had a spare fuse box as well, so I thought I'd throw it in and see what happened.

Hey presto, everything bar the rev counter now works again.

Anyone any idea what could be up with the rev counter?

Last bad Rev Counter i had i cured by changing the Electronics unit for it on the back of the Clock.
Mine was intermittent and would show revs when it felt like it.

I'd already replaced that part. I guess it could have been the fuse box again and I replaced a working set with a dodgy set, but who knows?
