After a bit of advice, the retractable ariel on the radio goes up but won’t come down when I switch off . It just click click click , it goes down if I push it tho . New motor required ?

No tecchy but from experience it is the teeth on the aerial that break and then it sticks at the point it breaks and them makes a clicky noise.You can unplug it to stop the motor working.If you take the panel off rear divers side and reach below the aerial you will feel a plug and just unplug it, as far as I can recall.Then you need a new aerial.I think I am right???

if goes up its not the motor, there is a plastic coil with teeth, and once gone you need a new aerial.
