Heater

Post by Caprobe » Tue Dec 19, 2023 11:42 am

Hi, got a bit of a problem with the heater, it works on all speeds but no matter what position it’s set on, it only blows out the vents towards your face, all the buttons light up when individually pressed but won’t direct it to the screen, feet etc. Any idea what it could be? It’s a 2.0 no air con. Thanks

I would say it's one of the following things, either the controller is faulty, the blower isn't moving to the other position on the heater, the cable to either is faulty, or the pipe from the blower to the screen has become disconnected

All of which are a pain the arse to get to (within reason)

Gould be the actuator that controls the flaps in the blower unit

you could try a new heater control module take front consul out to test(refit new one) test
then side panels with whole consul to see blower unit and see wot it does if the
actuators move
