Randomly locking

Anyone help with this one ? Probe will randomly lock and unlock whilst driving, also locked itself the other day with engine running, whilst I was out the car ,luckily I had the spare key to get in 🙄

Has the car got wet recently, because what can happen is water gets in to the switches on the door locks and normally causes them to unlock, but I guess the opposite could also apply.
Also do you have aftermarket remote locking or alarm fitted to the car as they could be your problem

Nothing aftermarket it’s all original, and yes it’s got wet recently, also the alarm has been going off randomly…

You need to remove the plug from the back of the switch and clean the contacts.
Be warned that it’s a pig of a job and double the pain putting them back!

Sit in the rear seat passenger side ( UK car) tap the panel on your left and it’s behind there. It will be the black relay.
