Just in case you missed previous warnings on what NEVER to do.
NEVER , EVER leave a spark plug lead disconnected.
If you do, the high voltage will still be produced and will find its way to earth through the lowly rated transistors in the dissy circuit.
Sometimes, you'll get lucky but mostly not.
Last chance, still no start :(

Ah thank you and yes I did see this, what if I’ve got 1 disconnected to turn the engine and feel compression? Those pesky transistorsjrh wrote: ↑Sat Feb 04, 2023 5:25 pmJust in case you missed previous warnings on what NEVER to do.

Re: Last chance, still no start :(
Update:
So guys I’m really scratching my head here. Just got
Off the phone to ignition parts LTD regarding the dissy service and I’ve been told that there’s nothing wrong with them. I sent 2, one that came with car and a new one (bought to be safe).
So…
I’ve had the car started after moby bypass
It ran for 20 seconds on low idle
Didn’t respond/bogged to throttle
Cut out and won’t start since.
Code appeared as 3 flashes which I think is cam sensor.
Dissy sent off to be tested/repaired - works and not broken.
So yeah .. Car still won’t start
So what are we thinking?
Guy on the phone seems to think it’s issues with ignition/key but what could it be if I’ve already done the moby bypass.
