Removal of Tailgate

I'm wanting to swap tailgates over . Any tips or advise to make this as problem free as possible please ?

Recommend two man job (very heavy)
Electrical connection for heated screen and rear wiper, and water wash

How do I easily get to the top bolts Malc? I'm guessing undo struts first ?

I’ve removed a couple so if we can find a time I could pop over to lend a hand as it is definitely a 2 person job. Half term break is not too far off so that could be a possibility

That would be fantastic thank you Justin. 2 hatches off and swap round if that's ok? Half term is good with me , afternoons are best, any day .

I'll be having a few days off work now in the half term so bar the Wednesday as I've a dentist appointment, any day or time most suitable for you please Justin . Many thanks 8-)

I’ll keep an eye on the weather forecast and look out for a good day - don’t want to be working in the rain or freezing cold if we can avoid it.
