I've got this old schematic if it helps.

Re: Remote locking - missing wire (!)
If I remember correctly the Grn/Wht (with silver banding) is to do with the RH indicator circuit.
No idea where the Gn/Bk would have gone.

Re: Single wiper mod
Cheers guys.
I wasn't sure if there was any wiring alterations as well. This one seems to do a sweep every time the ignition is turned on!

Re: Single wiper mod
I'll be interested in the single wiper once it's removed! Have you got any pictures of it? Nothing close-up I'm afraid other than this one with it in the background. I'll take some today if I get chance. The wiper blade is trashed, but the rest of it seems OK. https://i.postimg.cc/hXJ6DQ45/IMG-2020...

Single wiper mod
Evening all. My Diamond White project car has a single wiper mod fitted and I'm looking to return it to a standard set-up. Does anyone have the single wiper mod instructions so I can reverse engineer it into removal instructions? I have a complete wiper set-up on my breaker so I've got all the parts...

Re: Central locking
If done carefully these work well, even the cheepo eBay units.
I've done a few, but the one currently in Chewie (not done by me) doesn't work.

Re: Speed sensor
Ah, just wondering if I may have inadvertently caused this when I fitted my CAI if it's under the air box.

Speed sensor
Hi all, I noticed yesterday that my speedo wasn't working, and neither was the cruise control. With both having gone, I'm assuming my speed sensor is faulty (unless there's a fuse somewhere I don't know about???) Anyway, does anyone know where I can find said sensor to replace it? I've got a breaker...

Re: car breaker auction
I used to like wandering around Trent's back in the '90s, before all this H&S stuff came in. It was handy being able to browse so many different makes and models to see what I could use to modify my various cars.
Shame we'll never see that sort of scrap yard ever again.
