Where are the actuators located and where would be the best place to check voltage and know what it should be?

Hello!
So I have check both buttons inside the car and they make the relay click.. done both doors locks too with the key and likewise, can hear a click from the relay on both lock / unlock turn.... any suggestions as to what to look at next?

Spare wheel brackets you should have2 clips on the spare wheel cover that locate into them Dont use Felt as it fabric use and not waterproof use some soundproofing Dodo mat and as Malcolm says use a lot of Waxoil to fill as far as possible Thank you!!
