Engine oil 5w30 fully synthetic
Gearbox oil GL4 synthetic, and not GL5
Oil filter ( motorcraft FL 822) or bosch P3111
Fuel filter Motorcraft FG 896
Air filter Fram CA7426
Spark plugs AVSP 33C

In others words a fully service

The caliper had less than 1000 miles on it before the car was parked, brakes work perfectly, it’s just the mech that sticks, hoped some backwards and forwards might do it If anyone has a good one left me know One of mine had the same issue, stripped down and removed the spring then loads of wd, and...

two different types of centre pipes, early and late (its the shape of them that`s different as well as the length)
