Re: Couple of questions
Thank you both!
I have an S3 on mine and the moby hasn't been bypassed so was wondering whether I need to do it or not.

Couple of questions
Is it just the S1 dizzy that suffers failure or can it happen to the S3 as well?
Also, is there any way to tell which brand of moby is fitted without actually removing it (i.e VIN number, manufacture date etc)?
Cheers for any advice

Re: Fuel pump connection - location?
Great news, well done mate glad to hear, is it still a(bosch immobiliser) fitted to the car and had it been modded to bypass :?: Never had an immobiliser on it since I owned so must be bypassed Kev although from memory when I looked years ago there was no sign of the usual bypass methods. I have spa...

Re: Fuel pump connection - location?
Have you checked the relay/fuse and tried linking the pump in the diag box :?: Panic over. It isn't fuel related after all. I removed the fuel line at the filter and fuel pumps through fine. Suspect it is the dissy (yet again). I initially thought the fuel pump wasn't working as it makes absolutely...

Re: Fuel pump connection - location?
Cool - makes life easier (hopefully!)
Do you know if the connections to the cutoff are inside the car or underneath?
Hoping to god I don't need to replace the pump

Fuel pump connection - location?
Anyone know where there is a connector in the fuel pump wires near the fuel tank?
I suspect a dodgy pump and want to run 12volts to it direct before taking the plunge and replacing it.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Last chance, still no start :(
Try testing the CPS sensor, it sends the signal for the injector firing, even a clean up of the plug may help. This is a 2.0L Neil , so dont think CPS is an issue and there is no plug like on the 2.5L. From memory, in your photo the rotor arm does not look like it is in the right place - I think it...

Re: FAN BELTS
I have just used 4PK925 & 5PK1030 on my 1996 2.0L.
If you have aircon one of them will be different.
