Airbag, although I have now found my front left crash sensor shows resistant for a second and then goes to null. So presuming I have found my fault there.

Rear crash sensor
Once again am trying to resolve a code 13, car has been fine and daily driven, but yesterday an hour into a journey developed code 13. From what I can tell a rear sensor short will also flash code 13, but can’t find anything about its location! Any ideas where to find it?

Flywheel
Car will need a clutch soon, and whilst doing some reading have seen some old probetalk forums discussing the MX3 flywheel. From my understanding, it allows for more power to the wheels, particularly in lower gears, but is not as smooth? Was wondering if anyone has experience with modifying their fl...

Exhaust weld
Hi all, Exhaust has snapped on rear join, the pipe for mid section has come away from the flange. Re: Copy key
Is your car an early car and has or had the Bosch Immobiliser like Malcolm mentioned? If you have a later car, then it will have a TEMIC system, which means you will need the correct key, that can be programmed to match the Temic, it will however still unlock the doors. Believe it’s an early car. 1...

Copy key
From my understanding a non-programmed key would be able to unlock the car doors, would it also be able to start the car with the immobiliser removed?

Re: Modifications?
I presume I can share this :?: this is a link to the probe talks site about turbos on the 16v. They mention some injectors on there. https://forums.probetalk.com/forum/performance-section/2nd-gen-93-97-i4-2-0l-performance/2nd-gen-93-97-i4-2-0l-performance-archive/330166-what-you-need-to-turbo-your-2-0

Re: Modifications?
Without going down the 24v route, I don’t think there are many performance mods for the 16v. You could chuck an exhaust and CAI on and maybe gain a few extra HP. It probably wouldn’t be worth the costs, but I think I’ve heard of one person putting a turbo on the 16v.
