so immobilser does not get refitted leaving the three wires inserted into the plug

Bosh Immobiliser- by pass Ford Probe 16V

I found the instructions on how to by pass the Bosh immobiliser on my Ford Probe. One of the three methods described says "make up three wires and insert into the stated pin numbers". Is this done just into the plug with the immobiliser removed or with the plug then inserted back into the immobilise...
