If i dip my clutch the headlights go down and when I try to start i get a clicking starter. Weird :D

Faulty starter, bad earth lead to the starter sounds more likely, when you try to start the car because the main think black cable istmaking a good contact it tries to find another earth path, which could explain the lights issue.
Do your lights work when you are not trying to start the car? That’s dipped and high beams?
