replacement ariel

Post by notoriousgoz » Wed Mar 06, 2019 7:50 pm

HI ALL ,just purchased a replacement electric ariel off ebay , thought it would be plug and play , but the wires are different . On the new one there are 0nly 3 wires red blue and black , but on the original one there are 5 wires , green , blue/red , black/white , green/black & solid black into a plug in clip . can anyone advise me how to wire it up ? Thanks

Doesn't the new one come with a wiring diagram? I would think that there is a common, and the other two do up and down

With both diagrams we should be able to work it out?
