Job done, did it this afternoon first dry day we’ve had for a while,I dropped the lower shroud under steering wheel bent the extended wire on diode to match the terminals as in photo, pushed it to place turn ignition on to make sure it worked, which it did then used some butyl sealant to hold the wire ends in situ ,butyl is a sealant for sticking the plastic cover on the inside of the door to protect door cards from moisture, but thanks to everyone who gave me advice on how to do this and thanks to Kev aka cpt black for the diodes, and thanks for this forum for giving me help, parts and the knowledge from its members, long may it last.
Regards tommy
