I have some replacement bushes that I purchased some years ago.Re the bolts I have found the right dimensions on eBay which are 8.8 steel.
Will these be ok

Grade 8.8 steel, is the general grade of steel used in all structural Steelwork fixing, so yes :)

Don't forget , the plain, unthreaded length should support the bush sleeve, then cut the threaded excess off later.
You may need to drill the hole in the special washer a shade bigger too.

I measured those long bolts on my car and they are
M12 x 1.25 x 230 long, so metric fine.
My problem is getting them out of the hub where they have rusted in, any suggestions please.

Try the easy way first.
Buy the best penetrating oil you can afford , spray into every crack you can see where the bolt goes into the casting holes. Leave for 12 hrs.
Do it all again.
Next day , start hammering . More oil . more hammer.
If it only moves a fraction. Stop, more oil. Hammer it BACK to where it was. More oil.
More hammer, backwards, forwards, etc. etc.
Movement is what you want to see.

I’ve just removed all of the Rear Arms from my MX6.
Yes they were rusty and yes they were a pain but lots of WD40 and working the Bolts backwards and forwards and they should come out OK.
Now the long bolts that go though the Bottom of the Hub for the Lateral Arms, they are a B***h to get out but I still didn’t shear any off,

NO, NO, NO.
At £43 each they are way over spec.
Ordinary bolts are plenty strong enough to do the job , just look on ebay at ALL the M12 options , there is one there somewhere.
