Can you post up a picture because Rockautos are normally very good?

Hi, yeah will do tomorrow, calling it a night now it’s pissing it down part numbers I’ve got are 4859 which nearly fits but bracket doesn’t sit correct and 4858 which is thicker and bracket nothing like, also bolts won’t go through holes, part number on strut isn’t 4858 neither, only 4858 on pkt
These are struts for tailgate with spoiler, I’ll post some pics tomorrow
Thankyou

I`ve got one`s from Rockauto`s on my 16v Rio and had no issues fitting them :?:
I buy the cheapest one`s from them (£34 delivered) and very strong :D

Looking at them again, I think I can get one to fit, RH one but LH definitely incorrect, my old LH strut and new RH ( if it’ll Fit)
Should hold tailgate up, will have to do for now, rockauto’s returns are not much cop they’ll only refund once the’ve
Received part back and inspected it,

I used the service above for mine. U post them your old struts. They then re engineer them by removing your ends paint them then re attach to brand new gas struts. £25 - £35 by the time u take in to consideration the postage.

Just put some pics of tailgate struts received from
Rockauto’s, I’ve managed today to take pivot pin out
And turn it round so now should be at the correct angle
The, I’ll paint up my old one and and that’ll do for although
The new one will be upside down🤨🤪
Cheers
