How often do you change the cambelt I cannot remember.
Turns out one of the belts was rubbing on the cover.no doubt it now has grooves in it like most.
I dont pick it up until tommorow so will get more info then

5 years or 60,000 miles which ever comes first, but non interference so if it goes it doesn't damage your engine
, don't let any garage tell you it does

The guides are more likely to fail before the belt, as it did on my old 24v.
Got recovered from Devon
Back home, new guide/tensioner , new belt, back running the next day

Wicked both of you.knew rougly but couldnt remember exactly.
A garage I used told me he had used some guide mechanics use that lists the engine as an interference engine wrongly. And he was straight up.
Kit what are guides I know tensioners but not what guides are.I have green flag so l8ke you both saying no drama but just adding to database for other members.
And from another post I remembered the coolant was bluecol.
Thanks guys
