Cambelt change

How often do you change the cambelt I cannot remember.
Turns out one of the belts was rubbing on the cover.no doubt it now has grooves in it like most.
I dont pick it up until tommorow so will get more info then

5 years or 60,000 miles which ever comes first, but non interference so if it goes it doesn't damage your engine :D , don't let any garage tell you it does

The guides are more likely to fail before the belt, as it did on my old 24v.
Got recovered from Devon :!:
Back home, new guide/tensioner , new belt, back running the next day :D

Wicked both of you.knew rougly but couldnt remember exactly.
A garage I used told me he had used some guide mechanics use that lists the engine as an interference engine wrongly.And he was straight up.
Kit what are guides I know tensioners but not what guides are.I have green flag so l8ke you both saying no drama but just adding to database for other members.
And from another post I remembered the coolant was bluecol.
