After paying a large bill for the cam belt, water pump, pulley, tensioner idler etc I now have the car back and it’s running like new.
It must have been a very long time since the belt was changed, it was loose because the tensioner was seized. The pump was the cause of the leak and the bearings were failing.

Now the electric aerial stopped working but that will be simple.
