Sunroof Won't Close....

I know we have lazy sunroof motors, but now mine wont close at all without , reopening and having someone push it closed as i press the button. is the motor doomed?

Are the runners freshly greased?

Actually, i've never greased them Justin, so will make that a priority mate.
