When i did mine many years ago i took the front wing skirt off your see the screws etc
once removed i took the rear side seat panel off as there you can see the top clips on the side skirt
push the last one out (nearest to the arch) it is a reverse fit clip
Undo the 6 screws/nuts under the sill cover then pull the the outer skirt out from the rear arch
slighly then push forward to dis engage all the clips

Hi Tommy, the skirts are a pain! Four different kinds of fixing.
Remove the bolts from underneath, Remove the front short piece.
Remove the plastic screws near rear wheel.
At the top rear end gently lever away from the body, At least one plastic fitting should pop open, if not two, but its important to get the first one open.
Then pull the rear part out from the body so the wheel arch part is clear.
Then its a case of gently tapping the whole thing forward, after about half an inch it should just fall away from the body. You must get the rearmost fitting out first because its slot goes the other way.
Hope this helps.

Don’t be surprised if you don’t break a few of the clips

After repairs what would be the best way of refitting the skirt, slide it back onto the clips in sill or remove all clips and fit to skirt and offer into holes, any advice welcome

I would remove the clips and put back on the skirt due to the reveres clip at the rear
And put some Gaffa tape over the holes first if you have lost the small flexi rubbers and
poke a small in the tape for a good fit
before refitting
