I said it before "I'm a fish out of water when I come to car electrics" 🤣

A couple of week ago a fellow golfer said the only one driving lamps was on when pulling in to the car park, I said oh I must have be driving with the full beam on, so later put the main beam on and sure enough on the driver side driving lamp was on, so left it, thinking I'll change to passenger side bulb, but never got round to it,
but today somebody point to the front of my car while I was driving, normal lights on, check the lights when I stopped and sure enough the light where on OK but also was the driving side driving lamp, 🤔🤔 put the main beam on and there where OK switch of the main beam off the just normal beam but the driving lamp stay on,
So my question is what is going on and where should I look to solve the issue,
Just wondering if it can be a short cause by the passenger side drive lamp not work, so come one you electric wizards gave me a clue
Thanks

What Duncan said,
look at the condition of your connectors on the back of the headlights to see if they are burnt or damaged. I would also check the other driving lamp if it doesn't come on at all to see if the lamp needs changing.
