Central Locking

Hello,
The central locking and the buttons to lock / unlock within the car are not working, before I go down a rabbit hole are there any common areas as to why its not working to look at?

Is it both switches that fail to work
or just one side
as maybe the relay if both dont work

neither side is working, is the relay a simple fix?

Relay is a little black box attached to the side of the abs unit behind the rear passenger side panel

Can arrange collection from Braintree if suits, hopefully along with a few other bits!!
