abs module.

Post by Jeff jones » Thu Aug 04, 2022 1:52 pm

Hi all, My car has an ABS light on and the mechanic is looking for the module. He has tried the usual places but still cannot find it. It is a 1997 16V, anyone give me some idea where it could be so i can get my car out of the garage. All the best.

Simon, has my two spare “Blue Boxes” to try/ re-place the Thermal Fuse so one of them may be available. On an Exchange basis

The Blue Box,It's right under the dash , drivers (right side) almost about where the front wheel is. Drivers seat out and lay on your back. 3 brass bolts to undo, 3rd bolt is a swine to access.
I've a known working spare that I removed from a breaker , but they are like rocking horse poo to get hold of hence why I keep mine.
