I only had the belt changed. £189 for the belt and £300 labour/vat.
I think it was only the idler and tensioner pulleys they were talking about for another £600.
Mind you, they were on holiday when I phoned and got to deal with the Boy, who probably just quoted for the whole assembly. Now we have reached an understanding I think the next quote will be a bit more realistic. I didn't think £489 for the belt fitted was too far out based on previous bills.

:o i have a new Ford belt here £45 still you paid for the charge of having it done
did you take it to Dell Boys garage and let Boyce fit it :lol: (was this a ford dealer)
just have to ask and was the book (STAMPED)
