Ford Probe 2.5 24V 1995
The airbag warning light was flashing 1 then 2, the auto-electrician found a burnt out transistor in the module. One was ordered from America and fitted, the module was checked and is working. Problem is when it was put back into the car the warning light is still flashing. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you checked the codes with an LED and wire strap

Is the garage sure it’s the correct module?

He fixed the original module with the new transistor. tested it and all was working apart from the 'blinking' light.

It should have cleared the codes, but he might have to disconnect the battery for 30 seconds and put his foot on the brake pedal
