Tip Two :- Do your research, read through the process, get all the parts & consumables first.
Check you don’t need any special tools etc

Now you are losing water, you've all the symptoms I had when I cooked M939FDF. Rough running but running! Water from the tail pipe and blowing water from the plug holes when cranking - lots of it in my case. At least you know now, and its very fixable.
