Okay cool. How long have you run it that way?

If you did decide to replace it, I know a small company who would be able to make a new one for you. He'd need to reuse the fittings, and have the old pipe as a pattern.

When it happened to me I simply connected the return pipe to the other side of the reservoir, not quite as easy as it sounds though.
Also, I was surprised at how hot the system runs , so be careful.
The very position of the cooling pipe makes it a 'big' job to get access to replace it.
My intention was to replace it with 10mm copper but "events dear boy" overtook me and 'Canesplitter' bought the car ( since sold on but still on the road I see ).
