New rad, which coolant?

Hi all,
doing a rad replace tomorrow, suggestions for coolant that I can pick up on a Sunday?

Maybe I'm being a bit paranoid. Halfords blue stuff will work? Contains alcohol doesn't it?

Halford 's blue antifreeze OK but good automotive parts shop will sell blue antifreeze cheaper and just as good
