I couldn't remember the decal, so I was talking about it from an engineering point of view, a twin cam or DOHC commonly operates the valve train on an inline engine. A Vee engine has 2 heads so DOHC on a Vee engine would mean 1 overhead camshaft per bank. I am sure I have seen DOHC decals on the FS 2.0 16v engines, therefore I might be excused for thinking that when someone states DOHC they are refering to a 4 cylinder.
I may be wrong but im sure I've seen quad cam printed on a KLDE engine, and other makes of inline engines that have two camshafts I have worked on and ordered parts for have been described as DOHC or twincams.
So even though the label say DOHC, from an engineer's point of view it is incorrect and downright confusing.

As both engines are known as DOHC then thats why I was unsure whether I've bought the right part, I just wish the guy who sold the exhaust just said 'for a 24v' and that would have saved this silly handbags thread and me getting my hair off

Thanks kev, sorry I got my knickers in a twist, I wasn't implying anything, I just got very logical and ' matter of fact' about it all, autism can be a pain in the ass sometimes
And cheers for the help Kev and Trev, got the abs sorted and exhaust is here, albeit a smaller bore but it's a klarius so should fit better. Thanks chaps
