Could do some if the market is there if I can remember how to do them :lol:
have my templates for inner and outer (CHASSIS SIDE) Outer side I may have one
If the interest is enough I may do a job lot of outer ones appx 12

Me too... only need one side (ns I think from memory) as other side already repaired.

Did these ever get made? I'm new to the forum, but I'm in desperate need of outer and inner sills for my MOT-failure 16v.

The failure was offside only, but I would be amazed if the nearside isn't pretty ropey as well. Cost is (within reason) not a problem: availability is the issue.

Probe sunroof

Hi mate can still do them but lost my JIG so there bent etc with a lip may need
a slight fettle nothing a body shop carnt do, there 1M long with enough height for
a 16v,can be cut for postage 500mm long
