Hi, I opened drivers window one morning in cold weather not realising it was frozen solid & heard a noise, now window will not go up or down. Can hear motor working so took door panel & plastic protection off & found loose cable end. Not sure if cable has snapped or just pulled out of motor. Any advice on how to repair will be great. Can I replace cable or will it re-attach somehow? I've attached a couple of photo's if any help. Cheers, Paul.

So it is a snapped cable! Same cable in first pic, it was just behind motor & pulled it out for better photo of end in second pic.
Is it repairable, can I get a replacement cable?
Paul.

i bet there,s no hole for the cable in the first picture, you will need a new/old window mechanism
early models and late are different you will need to post your year etc suspect Alpine green and
someone may have one at cost and membership
