Well done , there was a great write-up on how to do this on the old FPOC site .
I have a hard copy, if someone can put it into 'our' site.

Re: Trailing Arm Bushes

Next day , start hammering . More oil . more hammer. If it only moves a fraction. Stop, more oil. Hammer it BACK to ...

Re: Trailing Arm Bushes
Don't forget , the plain, unthreaded length should support the bush sleeve, then cut the threaded excess off later.

Re: Trailing Arm Bushes
I am guessing but it is either M14 OR M12 bolts/nuts you will need.
Ebay is your friend here , dirt cheap and instant delivery.
Length you can measure by looking at your car , try to get the plain ,unthreaded length , to be inside the end bush, cut off excess thread sticking out of the nut.

Re: Trailing Arm Bushes
2nd thought.
If you are happy to use a long bolt in place of the long 'stud ' (nut on each end) that will be much easier to buy , via e..y.
It is a standard metric size , high tensile or stainless .

Re: Trailing Arm Bushes
Getting that long bolt out undamaged enough to be used again is the problem. Easy enough to get a new one made but will cost time and money. THEN , like I keep explaining to people, get some DENSO tape and pack it into the gap round that bolt to stop all the road dirt and salt water from corroding i...

Like Kit says, there are many 'suspension bushes' , some easy to deal with , some not.
I think yours will be a 'not'.
