Following the work at the fabricators, the ABS warning light has illuminated as the rear braking system was removed and the system drained of fluid. Ive replaced all Discs and Pads for new as the old were in poor condition. Plugged...

thanks kit.... I've not seen it yet nor as the mechanic gone into it yet though I'm sure he mentioned a plate on the gear box that he thought was possibly the source of it. Does that make sense?

Hydraulic lifters/lash adjusters

Got a 95 M plate v6 on 54,000 miles and one or two lifters are sticking on the rear bank....don't think the previous owner was on top of the oil change regime and tried lifter treatment which bettered them but didnt cure them. Looking at replacing the lot, can anyone confirm if these from the states...

Re: Cabin water leak

D'oh....I hope its not rust, its a low milage (54,000) clean example....the only corrosion is sunroof and inner rear arch (which im sorting prior to paint) Inside the sills etc is like new. I guess I'll need to strip the wings, wipers and scuttle for a good look. :(

Cabin water leak

Hi folks, I'm finally getting underway with 95 Teal 24v I picked up off of EBay in November. Tonight I stripped the entire interior out ready for the work to commence and noticed that there appears to be slight water ingress on both front wheel arches more toward the wing than the bulk head. First t...

Thanks everyone, fantastic response! Refining the surface and overcoating was my thoughts, with the right stuff it could be doable

Rough window rubbers

Evening all,

The rubber/plastic surround on the rear windows is looking rather aged and sorry for itself. Anyone any suggestions on how to get it back to life or is it a case of needing to remove the windows to replace?

Thanks in advance
