WD40 will trash the locks. 'Traditional' WD40 not only removes the water, but also the grease which is used inside the lock as a lubricant, effectively opening it up seizures. GT85 on the other hand is apparently an oil / lubricant spray, so should work, however I guess any sort of oil-based lubrica...

Any of the Chinese eBay ones will work provided they're wired correctly.

Looking at the pictures, the biggest issues are going to be the body rust and the door rubbers. The ones you've got appear really quite bubbly, meaning they probably won't last much longer before starting to let water in. My emissions issue was caused by a faulty connection on the ECU. Faulty connection was caused by corrosion on the contacts.
