The Haynes book says it is designated G25M-R but doesn't differentiate between 2l and 2.5l
The Ford book doesn't give a designation at all and the only differences mentioned are 3rd, 4th, 5th and final drive ratios differ between the engines.

I have always thought of it as snake oil.
If it did any good I would have thought the car manufacturer would use it or the oil companies would put the magic ingredients in their products

I have never been a fan of lubricating the sliding bit of the starter, the lubricant picks up clutch dust to make a thick paste which makes matters worse. I posted them as 5 separate photos as I don't know how to do otherwise.
