Re: Fuel pump

I gave my mechanic a replacement fuel cut-off switch, which he apparently tried. He also ran the pump to see what the actual fuel flow was, and he reckoned it was a trickle (should be about 2 BAR I think). Car has about half a tank of premium in it, so not run dry by any means. Fuel pump

I've had Japha in the garage for a couple of weeks now and the mechanic finally got round to looking at it. He cleaned dizzy and got the car running, only for it to die shortly afterwards. Window washers not working

As per title, I can't hear the motor, although it did work once after I'd turned the engine off, but then didn't work the next time I tried it.

Any ideas what it could be before I strip the front bumper off?

Re: Spoiler

The standard MX6 3-pillar ones don't have that much of a curve on them, and the centre pillar doesn't stick out of the front.

Re: Spoiler

The hatchback ones do yes. I don't know about the saloon version though.
I did fill mine and it looked OK, but not perfect.

Re: Service Time!

I've never found a cabin filter, but I'm ready to be instructed if I'm wrong. You'll probably get a number of comments about oil, so I'll throw my tuppence in first. I tend to go for mid-range semi-synthetic oils as I tend to do an oil change every 5000 miles or so. Filters aren't drastically expens...
