The garage did mine but as I noted the other day I had had them do a full coolamt change a year early at the same time I am guessing they took rad out.I wouldnt have had a coolant change early otherwise.I always ask what parts they will need and how will they do the job.Though I cannot say for sure ...

After a bit of advice, the retractable ariel on the radio goes up but won’t come down when I switch off . It just click click click , it goes down if I push it tho . New motor required ? No tecchy but from experience it is the teeth on the aerial that break and then it sticks at the point it breaks...

I dont know as I am no tecchy but be aware it may trigger the air bag not working light on dash.The only reason I say that is in an old probe the air bag light came on when that connector became loose.
Hopefully someone else will know for sure.

I use silicon grease on the door rubbers for the winter,it stops the door freezing too the sills ;) Can you clarify what silicone grease you use and where. I am tempted to say I now have enough lubricants to open a shop. But to be serious I use gt85 to prevent locks freezing.If frozen opens them in...

NB this is a specfic rubber lubricant and not wd40 silicone lubricant.
Do not use at my recommendation.I tried at my own risk and do not know for sure it either works or whether it cause damage.

A taxi driver suggested spraying silicone lubricant for rubber on side window seals to cure lazy window.I checked with my garage ithat it wouldnt damage my tints.
